South Moravia Regional Innovation Strategy 3

RIS 3 for year 2009-2013 is a strategic document of the South Moravian Region (SMR) in the field of innovations and research and development. Mission of RIS3 is increase of SMR competitiveness by encouraging cooperation of research and development sector with corporate sector and maximalisation of benefits of major research projects conducted in the region, namely CEITEC - Central European Institute of Technology and ICRC - International Clinical Research Centre. RIS3 fulfils the vision that SMR will be the most innovative region in the Czech Republic and will be among 50 most innovative regions in the EU in 2013.
